Resilient Futures Leadership Program

Connect, Learn & Lead

Resilient Futures Leadership Program: Financing Sustainable Agriculture is a six-month experience that equips up to 30 professionals from financial and agricultural organizations with the knowledge and tools to drive sustainable agriculture. Through intensive training, field visits, and networking, participants will gain practical skills in regenerative practices, the agricultural value chain, sustainability metrics, policy considerations, and innovative finance. The program fosters cross-sector collaboration and builds a strong alumni network committed to advancing Field to Market’s mission: mobilizing the agriculture value chain to support resilient ecosystems and enhance farmer livelihoods.

The Opportunity

Bridge Finance & The Farm Gate

Farmers increasingly recognize the long-term value of conservation practices, yet too often they do not see that value reflected in their bottom line.

This program equips leaders with the skills to bridge that divide — mobilizing finance to reward stewardship and deliver resilience for both farmers and the environment.
