A Legacy of Leadership

Built on members who showed up — and stayed.

Over the past nearly twenty years, our membership has grown not only in size but in strength and diversity — bringing together organizations across the agricultural value chain who share a commitment to advancing sustainable and regenerative outcomes for farmers, the environment, and the industry as a whole.

Our Decade Club members have provided the foundation on which Field to Market continues to build, innovate, and lead. Together, we have made tremendous progress in driving continuous improvement in sustainable agriculture, and it is your enduring partnership that gives us great optimism for the future of our shared work.

To date, 45 organizations have been part of Field to Market for ten years or more. Explore these Decade Club members and the value they see in the Alliance below.

In Their Words

The value our members see.

Reflections from Decade Club members on the partnerships, progress, and shared work that have defined their decade of membership with Field to Market.

  • Bayer Crop Science

Reflecting on a decade of dedicated partnership with Field to Market, Bayer has experienced many internal transitions and challenges, but has found our membership to Field to Market as a steady presence driving standardization of metrics and measurement for sustainable and regenerative agriculture, fostering collaboration across the value chain, and ensuring that farmers' voices are integral to the conversation… Field to Market is the only place Bayer has found to have these important cross sectoral conversations — we look forward to contributing to the next decade of action and impact!

    Monica McBride, Joined 2013

    - Director, Science for Sustainability & Regenerative Agriculture, Bayer

  • American Farm Bureau Federation

Farmers and ranchers are committed to doing right by the land — protecting our natural resources and promoting soil health. At Farm Bureau, we believe it's important for farmers to share our story of how we are growing the food, fiber and renewable fuel that consumers at home and around the world rely on. Our membership in Field to Market brings farmers and ranchers to the table as we work together across the supply chain to ensure the environmental and economic sustainability of all of agriculture.

    Zippy Duval, Joined 2014

    - President, American Farm Bureau Federation

  • PepsiCo logo

Field to Market has been a key partner in PepsiCo's sustainable agriculture journey over the past decade. Through our membership, we have made valuable connections across the agricultural value chain, enhanced industry engagement via the Sustainable Ag Summit, and benefited from the development of a leading open source agricultural GHG accounting tool, strengthening our efforts on sustainability and stewardship.

    Margaret Henry, Joined 2014

    - VP, Sustainable & Regenerative Agriculture, PepsiCo

  • Ducks Unlimited

Field to Market has been a collaboration hub for Ducks Unlimited. We've been members before there were members, as far back as 2010 when the organization was just forming. DU even hosted the spring meeting at our headquarters in Memphis in April 2014. Today, we have meaningful partnerships with farmers and over 40 FTM members… Field to Market is fertile ground, for seeing what all we can do — together!

    Scott Manley, Joined 2014

    - Director of Conservation Innovation, Ducks Unlimited

  • Mosaic logo

Mosaic has been a committed partner of Field to Market since its inception, driven by our shared mission to sustainably and responsibly meet the growing demand for food, feed, fiber, and fuel in the United States. Our involvement reflects our deep alignment with the organization's values and our commitment to advancing U.S. agriculture through science-based solutions.

  • usa-rice-federation

When USA Rice joined Field to Market, it was because it was the only sustainable agriculture movement that fully included growers. While everyone working in this space has the same basic goal: a plentiful and sustainable future, Field to Market goes about it differently — with room at the table for everyone… Thank you for setting a place for us at the table. We're proud to work with you.

    Josh Hankins, Joined 2014

    - Director, Grower Relations & Rice Stewardship Partnership, USA Rice Federation

  • united-soybean

USB celebrates [over] 10 years as a Field to Market member, and its mission to deliver sustainable outcomes for agriculture couldn't be more important than now. In accurately portraying our commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, land use impact and soil erosion, the Fieldprint Platform allows U.S. Soy to show proof that continuous improvement remains a priority for the nearly half million U.S. soybean farmers.

    Paul Murphy-Spooner, Joined 2014

    - Senior Director, External Communications, United Soybean Board

  • Cotton Inc.

We are truly honored that Cotton Incorporated helped found Field to Market. From the beginning, our collaboration filled a critical gap, providing our growers with their first transparent platform to benchmark environmental impact, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and track progress over time. We are grateful for this shared commitment to progress.

    Ryan Kurtz, Joined 2014

    - Vice President, Agricultural and Environmental Research, Cotton Incorporated

  • Environmental Defense Fund

Over the past decade, Environmental Defense Fund and Field to Market have worked together to ensure farmers and companies have the tools, science and financing needed to drive measurable progress on the ground. From integrating nitrogen balance into the Fieldprint Calculator to co-chairing the launch of the Innovative Finance Committee, we've helped make both innovative finance and meaningful metrics core priorities for the Field to Market community.
