The University of Georgia Extension Agricultural Water Efficiency Team is focused on enhancing the irrigation efficiency of growers in southern Georgia. This is designed to be achieved through the adoption of advanced irrigation scheduling methods. The supply chain.recognizes that water stress is a significant challenge facing our world and has created goals focused on aligning environmental impacts with science-based research to address water stewardship. This Project is designed to document the sustainability impact of peanut farmer adoption of advanced irrigation scheduling methods and to assist in credibly meeting its water stewardship goals.
