Cotton Soil Health Project
Insight
Complete Project
Inspired by the potential of emerging science and technology, Wrangler formed a coalition of industry, academic and nonprofit partners to assist and encourage U.S. cotton growers to adopt best practices for soil health. Conservation tillage, crop rotation and cover cropping, when used together, improve yield, while decreasing the need for inputs such as water, energy, and chemicals. Launched in 2017, with one large, family farm, the Wrangler Soil Health Project now works with five farmers across five states.
