To have a conservation Agronomist on staff at Mercer Landmark Coop in Ohio. To have direct engagement farmers in Landmarks region and give them the unique opportunity for delivering more conservation on the ground for farmers. To help consult and educate farmers on Soil health, cover crops and conservation practices. To build a historical soil health management system across 100,000 acres and help 75 farmers with implement more BMP across the farm.

Help education and consult on soil health best management practices and implement state and federal cost share initiatives in Merce Landmarks region.
