Recognizes an exceptional farmer who delivers impact through the adoption and refinement of scalable sustainable and regenerative practices, all while strengthening their community by mentoring peers and sharing what works.
Trusted Adviser of the Year
Recognizes excellence among trusted advisers who help farmers succeed by connecting guidance, resources, and technical support to data-backed results and measurable agriculture outcomes.
Collaboration of the Year
Recognizes a cross-sector collaboration that scales sustainable and regenerative practices, translating shared goals into supply chain sustainability results.

Matt Splitter — Splitter Farms (Sterling, Kansas)
Recognized for outstanding conservation efforts and long-standing leadership in advancing sustainable agriculture, Matt’s operation has adopted a “never-till” mindset, implemented conservation practices, and leveraged precision tools to optimize inputs and strengthen soil health.
2025 Trusted Adviser of the Year
Jenny Poling — Midwest Climate Smart Origination Manager, ADM
Recognized for leadership supporting farmers’ continuous improvement across more than 2.5 million acres and six states, Jenny connects growers with technical and financial resources to assist in regenerative practice adoption and help translate conservation achievements into measurable results.
2025 Collaboration of the Year
ADM re:generations™ & Partners
Recognized for outstanding cross-sector partnership in scaling regenerative agriculture through a farmer-centered model built on data and measurement, technical assistance, and financial incentives. The program has grown from pilots into a large sustainability initiative with millions of acres enrolled, using the Fieldprint Platform® to measure outcomes and connect farm-level insights to downstream goals.
