Governance
A Balanced, Multi-Stakeholder Initiative
At Field to Market, we rely on consensus-oriented decision-making to build durable solutions on a foundation of shared ownership. Our governance model is designed to give each voting sector equal representation, ensuring decisions are fair, balanced, and represent the needs of the full agriculture value chain. Explore more about our governance structure below.
Our Governance Structure Explained
Field to Market is committed to building and maintaining trust and integrity across the agricultural value chain. We encourage members to engage through meetings of the General Assembly and our Board of Directors, Standing Committees, and Advisory Councils, which each guide strategy, strengthen technical rigor, and support transparency in how we set direction.

Field to Market emphasizes structured, cross-sector representation from across the value chain, driven by the belief that all sectors must be at the table to advance resilient outcomes for agriculture. Our membership sectors are comprised of grower, agribusiness, brands & retail, civil society, and affiliate organizations.
