Field to Market Welcomes New Board Members and Officers

Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture® is pleased to welcome its newly elected Board Members and officers, whose terms began January 1, 2026. Between meetings of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors exercises the power of the General Assembly and provides oversight of the organization’s strategy.

To ensure balanced representation across the five membership sectors, the Board is made up of three elected representatives from each voting sector (Agribusiness; Brands & Retail; Civil Society; and Grower Organizations) and three representatives from the non-voting sector (Affiliate). Board Members are elected to serve on behalf of their sector.

Joining the Board of Directors in 2026, as elected by the General Assembly in November 2025, are:

• Sarah Alexander, Vice President of Programs, Keystone Policy Center (3-year term)
• Sally Flis, Director of Sustainable Ag Programs, Nutrien (3-year term)
• Mindy Montgomery, Vice President, Environmental, Social, Governance and Corporate Sustainability, CoBank (2-year term)
• Caitlin Colegrove, Sustainable Agriculture Lead, North America, PepsiCo (3-year term)
• Ellen Herbert, Director of Sustainability and Ecosystem Services, Ducks Unlimited (3-year term)
• Michaela McGinn, Senior Program Director for Sustainable Production, United Soybean Board (3-year term)
• Josh Hankins, Director, Grower Relations & Rice Stewardship Partnership, USA Rice (2-year term)

The officers appointed to lead Field to Market’s Board of Directors through December 2026 are:

• Chair – Jack Scott, Vice President of Sustainable Sourcing, Nestlé Purina
• Vice-Chair – Sally Flis, Director of Sustainable Ag Programs, Nutrien
• Treasurer – Jennifer Nelligan, Chief Program Officer, National Association of Conservation Districts
• Secretary – Brandon Hunnicutt, Farmer, Nebraska Corn Board
