The 2026 Annual Meeting, June 1-3, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina will convene leaders in sustainable and regenerative agriculture to foster dialogue on innovation and collaboration across the agricultural value chain. By uniting five sectors - affiliate, agribusiness, brands & retail, civil society, and grower - this premier meeting will provide a unique opportunity to advance the sustainability of U.S. agriculture.

This year's meeting is being co-located with the 2026 Conservation in Action Tour, June 3-4, in the same location.

2026 Research & Innovation Showcase

The 2026 R&I Showcase will take place in person on June 2 during Field to Market's 2026 Annual Meeting in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to highlight your emerging research, innovative ideas, and practical solutions advancing resiliency in U.S. agriculture. It’s a chance to spark new ideas for collaboration and connect with your fellow members.

The submission period for showcase topics is now open. Selected presenters will have the opportunity to showcase their work on the mainstage and then connect with peers during a dedicated networking session that follows.

Submissions are due April 20. Members can find the submission link in the Member Portal or email sustag@fieldtomarket.org for the direct link.

2026 Registration Information

Members are able to register for the event in the Member Portal or by emailing the Field to Market team for the direct link.

This year we're excited to be co-locating our event with the Conservation Technology Information Center's 2026 Conservation in Action Tour, taking place June 3-4. A separate event and hotel registration is required and Annual Meeting attendees will receive a special discount code for the tour in their registration confirmation email. 2025 Annual Meeting Recap
