Field to Market unites the agricultural value chain, welcoming organizations across the ecosystem, including brands and retailers, manufacturers, agribusinesses, grower organizations, civil society organizations, universities, and public agencies. By joining, your organization can collaborate pre-competitively, align on shared methods, and participate in projects that support measurable progress.
Membership dues vary by sector and membership type, with rates based on Gross Annual U.S. Revenue for most organizations. View our dues ranges below to get a clear sense of what to expect before applying.
Membership Types
Full Membership
Gives access to full participation in Field to Market’s governance, including a voting seat on the General Assembly, the ability to run for the Board of Directors and Field to Market’s Standing Committees, and the opportunity to implement unlimited projects of any size with no additional costs.
Associate Membership
Gives access to participation (but not voting rights) in Field to Market Member and General Assembly meetings and other member-only events. Associate Members are eligible to purchase some services included in Full Membership for an additional fee but are not eligible to participate in governance or lead a Fieldprint Project.

Application Review
Our team reviews your submission to confirm membership eligibility and alignment, and to ensure the right participation pathway for your organization. Then, your application is shared with our Board of Directors for approval.

Board Approval & Onboarding
Upon Board approval and payment of your membership invoice, you will gain access to member benefits and onboarding resources.

Affiliate Sectors
The Affiliate Sector consists of public sector organizations, academia, and professional services invited to provide in-kind services to the Alliance.
Affiliate Members are defined as any organization offering an in-kind contribution to further Field to Market’s efforts to advance continuous improvement of productivity, environmental quality, and human well-being across the agricultural supply chain. Affiliate membership is limited to government agencies, universities, and professional services firms that provide in-kind contributions to Field to Market (e.g., consulting, legal, media, and public relations).

The Brands and Retail Sector consists of consumer-facing companies.

FAQ
Dues are based on your sector and membership type. For most organizations, dues are tied to gross annual revenue.
Once an application is submitted, the internal review and Board approval process typically takes about a month. We will keep you updated at every stage.
Full Membership includes full participation in Field to Market governance, including voting rights and eligibility to lead Fieldprint Projects. Associate Membership allows participation in member meetings and events, but does not include governance participation or Fieldprint Project leadership.
Affiliate Membership is for eligible government agencies, universities, and professional services firms that provide in-kind contributions that support Field to Market’s work.
